• Our service charge is 10% for Junior Level, 12.5% Middle Level and 16% for Senior Level of annual gross package + service tax, payable within 15 days from the date of joining.

The CVs are classified according to certain parameters such as educational qualifications, experience, area of expertise etc. Subsequently, they are integrated in our data bank. Automated software is used to match the requirement parameters with the CVs available in the databank. Our sourcing team contacts every candidate individually to ascertain their interest thereby eliminating the risk of refusals at the end. A complete form (Application Blank) is also filled in by the interested candidates that reiterate their interest level. The validated profiles are then placed to the clients for their short listings and subsequent interviews. The outcome of every interview is carefully conveyed to the candidate concerned, as we believe in being interactive and dyadic.
